How Visa Process work

Enrollment

We will be finalising the enrollment process on this step

Your Documents Are Verified. 

Your documents will be verified by our legal team for accuracy and compliance.

• Our legal team will thoroughly check your submitted documents
• We will ensure the accuracy and compliance of all submitted materials as per govt guidelines

Step 6

Your Visa Gets Processed.

Your visa submission will be processed and submitted to the respective authorities.

• First, we will create an account for you on the VFS Portal or Consular Services Portal.
• Then, we will be registering your details on the Embassy Portal.
• We will complete the online application form, upload documents to the portal and submit it for review.
• We will assist you with any document clarification requests from the Embassy.
• Next, you have to attend an in-person appointment for identity verification and biometrics if applicable as per country requirements.
• You will also be paying applicable fees during your in-person appointment or online.
• After document verification is completed, it would take 30-45 days for the visa decision to be announced.
