Key Highlights
This IELTS General Writing Test consists of 2 tasks. Task 1 is an Informal letter that you need to write in at least 150 words. Task 2 includes a Discussion Essay topic, which you need to write in 250 words. You need 20 minutes for Task 1 and 40 minutes for Task 2.
IELTS Writing Task 1
Your friend has recently decided to learn how to cook and has invited you to dinner to try their first homemade meal. Write a letter to your friend.
In your letter:

IELTS Writing Task 2
Artificial intelligence tools such as ChatGPT are becoming increasingly common in schools, universities, and workplaces. Some people believe that AI will improve learning and productivity, while others think it will make people less creative and independent. Discuss both views and give your own opinion.
Write at least 250 words.
