Refund Policy

We are committed to providing high-quality services and guiding you throughout the complex immigration process. Nevertheless, a strict No Refund Policy applies in certain situations due to the nature of our services. This policy should be carefully reviewed before enrolling for our services.

There will be No refunds/return due to the following reasons:

• Time and effort devoted to each case: We devote significant time and effort to each client's case from the beginning. As part of this process, we review documents, strategize applications, prepare forms, and communicate with government agencies. As soon as your payment is received, the work will begin.
• In addition to your service fee, there are non-refundable government filing fees.
• Circumstances beyond our control: Immigration outcomes are influenced by a variety of factors, such as government processing times, eligibility requirements, and external conditions. We cannot control these factors and cannot guarantee a specific result.

Circumstances Where Refunds Are Not Granted:

• Changing Your Mind: If you decide to withdraw from our services after Signup the agreement, a refund cannot be issued due to the work already invested in your case.
• Personal Reasons for Stopping Service: We understand that situations may change. However, refunds cannot be issued if you choose to discontinue our services for personal reasons.
• Failure to Submit Required Documents: Timely submission of documents is crucial. If you fail to provide all necessary documents within 60 working days of Signup the agreement, we reserve the right to temporarily hold your case. If documents remain outstanding after the hold period, your case may be permanently closed, and no refund will be granted.
• Job Search Strategy Service: TerraTern acts as your partner in your job search journey. We will equip you with the tools and resources necessary to present yourself as a strong candidate; however, the final hiring decision rests solely with the employer. Due to the inherent subjectivity of the hiring process, TerraTern cannot guarantee job placement.
• Negative WES Evaluation/Assessments or IELTS Score: Educational credential evaluation or assessment and English language tests are independent processes beyond our control. Refunds will not be issued for negative WES results or failure to achieve the required IELTS benchmark.
• Immigration Policy Changes or Cap Closures: Immigration policies are subject to change. If your chosen process encounters closure or cap limitations, we will explore alternative options if your profile qualifies. However, no refunds will be issued in such scenarios.
• Medical Exam Failure or Insufficient Funds: If you, or a family member included in your application, fail the medical examination or cannot demonstrate sufficient settlement funds, refunds will not be granted.
• Fraudulent Documents or Late Additional Documents: Submission of fraudulent documents or failure to submit additional documents requested by the consulate at a later stage will result in forfeiture of any service fees.
• Process Conversion: Process conversion to a different immigration pathway might be possible if at least 80% of documents are submitted within two months of signup. However, such conversions are not guaranteed and do not qualify for a refund on the original service fee.
• Prior Immigration Violations: If you or a family member have a history of immigration violations, refunds will not be issued if this affects your application.

German Nursing Program Refund Policy

1. Refunds in Case of Examination Failure
   • No refund shall be issued if the Participant fails to successfully clear the B2-level German language examination conducted by the Goethe-Institut, during the term of engagement with TerraTern.
   • All payments made toward program enrollment, training, or associated services shall be deemed non-refundable in such circumstances.
2. Job Placement Services and Refund Eligibility
   • TerraTern undertakes to provide job placement support within six (6) months from the date the Participant obtains B2 certification.
   • If TerraTern fails to facilitate at least one (1) job interview opportunity within the said six-month period, the Participant shall be entitled to a refund limited exclusively to the job placement service fee component.
   • No refund shall be applicable in respect of:
     • German language training fees
     • Examination fees
     • Visa documentation or processing fees
     • Administrative or consultancy charges
     • Any other ancillary expenses incurred by the Participant
   • All such amounts are strictly non-refundable, irrespective of the outcome of the placement process.
3. Withdrawal, Non-Attendance, or Discontinuation
   • In the event the Participant voluntarily withdraws from the program, discontinues attendance, or is otherwise unable to participate in the scheduled training sessions for any reason (including but not limited to personal, medical, or financial grounds), no refund shall be issued.
   • This is due to the customized nature of the services, advance resource allocation, and costs incurred by TerraTern prior to and during the delivery of the program.
4. Government or Institutional Delays and Rejections
   • TerraTern shall not be held liable for any delay, rejection, or adverse decision made by German authorities or other relevant third parties, including embassies, visa offices, or employers.
   • No refund shall be provided in such cases, as these outcomes are beyond TerraTern’s reasonable control.
5. Non-Refundable Components
   • All services rendered and resources utilized prior to program termination are non-refundable.
   • This includes but is not limited to:
     • Language training and study materials
     • Career guidance or counseling sessions
     • Document preparation, attestation, or translation services
     • Profile evaluations and consultations
6. Scholarship and Fee Refund Upon Successful Placement
   • Participants who successfully complete all stages of the program and secure an official employer job offer letter are eligible for a Scholarship / Fee Refund of up to ₹1,00,000 (Rupees One Lakh only), subject to the terms below.
   • Eligibility Criteria
     • Be enrolled in and complete the German language training under the program.
     • Successfully pass the B2-level exam from the Goethe-Institut.
     • Attend and successfully clear at least one job interview arranged by TerraTern.
     • Complete the visa application and filing process as instructed.
     • Receive and submit a verified employer job offer letter issued by an employer partner of TerraTern.
   • Disbursement
     • The Scholarship/Fee Refund shall be processed only after issuance and verification of the official job offer letter.
     • All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the Participant’s registered account within a reasonable time frame following verification.
   • Exclusions
     • Participants who fail to complete any of the above stages or who do not receive a valid job offer letter shall not be eligible for the Scholarship/Fee Refund.
     • Failure to comply with any program terms, including attendance, documentation, or performance obligations, shall result in automatic forfeiture of eligibility.
7. Policy Amendments
   • TerraTern reserves the absolute right to amend, modify, suspend, or withdraw this Refund and Scholarship Policy at any time, at its sole discretion, without prior notice.
   • Any such amendments shall be binding upon all Participants and shall supersede previous versions of the policy.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
   • This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bangalore, India.

Return and Cancellation Policy:

TerraTern Private Limited takes pride in meticulous application preparation. Based on the nature of the product there is no return policy applicable to us. In the unlikely event that an error occurs on our part resulting in an incorrect application submission, we will promptly initiate the process of rectifying the error. If the error renders that you are ineligible for the program based on government criteria, you can initiate cancellation and we will provide a full refund deducting any processing fees incurred by payment gateways and government taxes (GST) within 30 days. Token amount once paid is NOT refundable in any circumstances.
