Key Highlights
This IELTS General Writing Test consists of 2 tasks. Task 1 is a Formal Letter that you need to write in at least 150 words. Task 2 includes a Discussion Essay topic, which you need to write in 250 words. You need 20 minutes for Task 1 and 40 minutes for Task 2.

A delivery company has recently started using drones in your neighbourhood. While the service is convenient, the drones have created several problems. Write a letter to the manager of the delivery company.

IELTS Writing Task 2
Some people believe that governments should introduce a maximum number of hours that employees are allowed to work each week. Others argue that working hours should be decided by employers and employees without government intervention. Discuss both views and give your own opinion.
Write at least 250 words.
