Key Highlights
This IELTS General Writing Test consists of 2 tasks. Task 1 is an Informal Letter that you need to write in at least 150 words. Task 2 includes a Problem-Solution Essay topic, which you need to write in 250 words. You need 20 minutes for Task 1 and 40 minutes for Task 2.
IELTS Writing Task 1
Write a letter to a friend who is visiting your country for the first time.
In your letter:
- Tell him the best time of the year to come.
- What places they could visit.
- Invite them to come to your house.
IELTS Writing Task 2
The young can easily be influenced by the internet. What could be the reasons for this? What can be done to exercise more control over their use of the internet?
Write at least 250 words.
