This IELTS Academic Writing Test consists of 2 tasks. Task 1 is a Bar Chart on which you need to write a report of at least 150 words. Task 2 includes a Positive/Negative Essay topic that you need to write in 250 words. You need 20 minutes for Task 1 and 40 minutes for Task 2

Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

The number of people interested in cosmetic surgery is increasing in order to improve their physical appearance. Why do people do operations to change the way they look? Do you think it is a positive or negative development?
