Key Highlights
This IELTS Academic Writing Test consists of 2 tasks. Task 1 is a Diagram on which you need to write a report of at least 150 words. Task 2 includes an Agree/Disagree Essay topic, which you need to write in 250 words. You need 20 minutes for Task 1 and 40 minutes for Task 2.

The diagram below shows the stages and equipment used in the cement-making process, and how cement is used to produce concrete for building purposes.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.
Write in at least 150 words.
IELTS Writing Task 2
Some people believe that unpaid community service should be made a compulsory part of high school programmes (for example, working for a charity, improving the neighbourhood, or teaching sports to younger children).To what extent do you agree or disagree?
Give reasons for your answer and include any relevant examples from your own experience or knowledge.
Write in at least 250 words.
