Provided that your visa remains valid on the intended date of entry, there is no prescribed deadline by which you must arrive in Germany following visa issuance. Furthermore, the Opportunity Card visa is typically issued with multiple entry privileges, thereby permitting you to exit and re-enter Germany multiple times within the validity period, subject to compliance with all applicable legal requirements.

TerraTern maintains a strict No Refund Policy for most of its services due to the extensive time, effort, and resources invested in each client’s case from the very beginning. Once payment is received, work on your application commences immediately, covering document review, application strategy, form preparation, and communication with authorities. As a result, service fees and government filing fees are non-refundable, regardless of the application outcome. Refunds are also not granted in cases such as withdrawal from services, failure to submit required documents, negative assessments, changes in immigration policies, medical exam failures, or submission of fraudulent documents. The only exception is if an error on TerraTern’s part leads to ineligibility for the program; in such rare cases, a refund may be processed after deducting payment gateway and government taxes.
