Key Highlights
This IELTS Academic Writing Test consists of 2 tasks. Task 1 is a Diagram on which you need to write a report of at least 150 words. Task 2 includes a Discussion Essay topic that you need to write in 250 words. You need 20 minutes for Task 1 and 40 minutes for Task 2

The diagram below gives the information about the Hawaiian island chain in the centre of the Pacific Ocean. Write a report for a university lecturer describing the information shown.
Write at least 150 words.
IELTS Writing Task 2
Some people prefer hobbies that require technology, while some people prefer hobbies that do not require technology. Discuss both views and give your opinion.
Write at least 250 words.
