Key Highlights
This IELTS Academic Writing Test consists of 2 tasks. Task 1 is a Bar Chart on which you need to write a report of at least 150 words. Task 2 includes an Agree/Disagree Essay topic, which you need to write in 250 words. You need 20 minutes for Task 1 and 40 minutes for Task 2.

The bar chart below gives information about the percentage of the population living in urban areas in the world and on different continents. Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

IELTS Writing Task 2
Some people say the Olympic Games are not relevant in the 21st century. Do you agree or disagree? Give reasons for your answer and include any relevant examples from your own knowledge or experience.
Write at least 250 words.
